Over the 11 day trip of your Tanzania safari trip, you can look forward to seeing huge herds of elephants in Tarangire National Park, exciting animal activity in the Ngorongoro Crater, exploring the iconic Serengeti National Park, taking in the sights and sounds of Stone Town, and finally settling down on the northern beaches of Zanzibar.
DAY 1: ARUSHA, NORTHERN TANZANIA
Your family vacation starts with a warm welcome at JRO (Kilimanjaro Airport). From here our representative will accompany you in a private vehicle to your chosen accommodation in Arusha.
You will spend a night waiting for your Tanzania safari trip to start the next day. You will be briefed on what to expect the following day for the beginning of your safari.

DAY 2: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Today will be the first day of your Tanzania safari trip! You will leave the hotel to travel to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its herds of elephants. Here you will enjoy your first game drive.
Keep your cameras ready and your eyes open! After your game drives excursion, move to your chosen lodge in Karatu town for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3 – 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK.
After breakfast, you continue with your Tanzania safari adventure. Today you head to the Serengeti via Ngorongoro with packed lunches.
The Serengeti is the icon of Tanzania safari and is arguably the best safari destination in all of Africa. It is also home to the Great Migration and will be your home for the next two nights.

DAY 6: NGORONGORO CRATER

DAY 8: STONE TOWN, ZANZIBAR
After breakfast, transfer to Arusha airport ready to catch your flight to Zanzibar Island! Your beach holiday starts today after a short one hour flight!
The sensational Tanzania safari experience is followed by the rich island contrasts of Stone Town in Zanzibar. Imagine the sparkling white beaches, old sailing boats, and the vibrant and rustic atmosphere of the Stone Town.
Take in the ambiance of the hustle and bustle of town, including the busy markets and buzz of the streets, and enjoy a cruise around the bay.
Stone Town offers a melting pot of Tanzanian culture as well as a trip through Zanzibar’s history.

DAY 8 – 11: ZANZIBAR BEACH – Kendwa Rocks in the North
Your seaside escape continues with four days on the lush shorelines of Zanzibar. Observe the iconic views of Tanzania’s beach life featured in many journals and travel publications the world over.

Make your way to your chosen beach hotel, unpack, and get ready to discover the delights of Zanzibar’s island living.
