By accessing and using the Zazu Tanzania Safaris website ("zazutanzaniasafaris.com") and our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Services

We provide travel planning, safari bookings, flight reservations, hotel accommodation, car hire, mountain trekking, honeymoon packages, corporate travel, and related tourism services across Tanzania and East Africa. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in your quotation. Prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to changes in taxes, park fees, exchange rates, or supplier costs prior to confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Zazu Tanzania Safaris.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email. Refund entitlements depend on the notice period provided before the scheduled departure date. Cancellations made 60 or more days before departure are eligible for a full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs. Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical, and trip interruption costs.

6. Travel Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport, visa, and any required health documentation (including vaccinations) for travel to Tanzania and any other destinations included in your itinerary. Zazu Tanzania Safaris can provide guidance on visa and health requirements but accepts no liability for denied entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Health and Safety

Safari and outdoor travel involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that activities such as game drives, walking safaris, mountain trekking, and water sports carry risks including but not limited to wildlife encounters, weather conditions, altitude sickness, and road conditions. By booking with us, you confirm that you are in adequate health to participate in your chosen activities and that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. We strongly recommend consulting a travel health clinic at least six weeks before departure.

8. Liability

Zazu Tanzania Safaris acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, lodges, transport operators, and activity providers. While we exercise due care in selecting our partners, we cannot accept liability for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party provider. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking.

9. Travel Insurance

We require all clients to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, personal belongings, and third-party liability for the duration of their trip. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Zazu Tanzania Safaris and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other user's experience. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the website at our discretion.
