Safari itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival!
You will be met at the airport upon your arrival by one our Zazu Tanzania Safaris staff and transferred to your hotel in Arusha, ready for a good start of your Tanzania honeymoon safari trip.
Tanzania has it all when comes to a honeymoon trip, you will enjoy the breathtaking Tanzania safari excursion in the most famous national parks like Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. You will relax in the beautiful beaches of Zanzibar after your safari, here you will indeed experience the romance in this magical Island of Zanzibar.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Today begins your honeymoon safari trip with a well-deserved breakfast at the lodge. Thereafter depart to Tarangire National park for game drive. You will stop for a romantic bush lunch in one of the picnic sites in the park. Tarangire will real make a highlight of your honeymoon trip as it gives you the true feeling of the Tanzania safari excursion. The park has the highest population of elephants, where you will witness big herds of elephants roaming in the park.

Activities: Game Drive in Tarangire
Day 3: Full Day in Tarangire.
Enjoy your Tanzania honeymoon safari doing a full day game drive in Tarangire. Today you will enjoy your romantic breakfast at the lodge with spectacular views.
Thereafter depart for another day of game drive in Tarangire. During the afternoon your driver guide will take you back to the lodge for lunch break and some relaxation. Later on heads out again for game drives till sunset.

Day 4: Tarangire – Ngorongoro
Everyday your Tanzania honeymoon safari continues to get excited! Today you will enjoy a morning game en route to Ngorongoro Crater.
Upon arrival descent into the crater for game drive. Your bush lunch will be served in one of the private picnic sites in the crater.

Activities: Game Drive in Ngorongoro & Transit from Tarangire.
DAY 5: Ngorongoro – Serengeti
Today you will wake up early in the morning for you breakfast at the lodge, and get ready to continue on your Tanzania honeymoon safari excursion to Serengeti.

Activities: Game viewing in Serengeti.
Day 6-7: Serengeti National Park
You will spend to full days of your Tanzania honeymoon safari excursion in the most famous national park in the world.
During these two nights you will enjoy the most romantic moments, the Serengeti and the luxury accommodation has to offer.

Day 8: Serengeti – Zanzibar
Enjoy your last day of Tanzania honeymoon safari doing a game drive in the Serengeti, watching the beautiful African sunrise’s behinds the acacias trees and wildlife in the background.
Your drive will transfer you to Seronera airstrip in central Serengeti, to catch your scheduled flight to Zanzibar which indeed will take your Tanzania honeymoon safari trip to the next level!
Upon arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to your resort located in the heart of the historical Stone town. Today there will be no activities to do as you will arrive in the evening, so it will just be a relaxing time after your long safari.

Tanzania Honey Moon Safari Excursions from Bush to Beach!
The next day you will do tours around Stone Town before heading to Matemwe in the NE.
Enjoy activities like snorkeling, visiting Stone Town including a famous Spice Tour, swimming with dolphins, a sunset cruise, diving or relaxing on the beach.
Your Zanzibar extension can be as active or relaxing as you like.
Day 9-11: Stone Town – Matemwe (North East)
Today after breakfast check out your luggage from Tembo House Hotel, and head out for a Stone Town tour/spice tour. Later on continue and head up to Matemwe where you will spend 3 nights of your Tanzania honeymoon safari holiday at Zanzibar Bahari Villas.
While you are there enjoying relaxing on the beautiful beach, there will be other optional activities like snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, a sunset cruise, diving etc.

Day 12: Departing Zanzibar – Dar Es Salaam /Kilimanjaro
Today you will be transferred from the resort, back to Zanzibar airport in time for your flight to Dar Es Salaam/Kilimanjaro for the connection of your international flight.
This schedule flight back from Zanzibar will most likely depends on the itinerary of your final flight back home, either if its flying out of Dar es Salaam Airport or Kilimanjaro Airport.
Also, the time of your international flight will determine the best time to fly out of Zanzibar.
So, once we know about your international flight itinerary we can confirmed the plans of your flight on your last day in Zanzibar.
